A message gets answered faster when it carries the details we would ask for anyway:
- the casino and the page on this site the message is about;
- the date of the deposit, withdrawal or chat you are describing;
- a screenshot, a support transcript or the transaction hash on TRON or Ethereum, if money moved.
Corrections
Bonus terms change, payout windows drift and licence registers get updated. If a figure on this site is wrong, send the source that shows it: the operator’s current terms, a register entry or your own transaction record.
We check it against the operator’s published terms and our own test data. If the correction holds, the page is fixed and the change is dated in the methodology changelog, so a reader can see what moved and when. Scores that change because of a correction are recalculated with the same weights as everything else.
For Operators
Operators are welcome to send updated terms, a new payment network or a factual response to a review. Facts backed by a document get corrected the same way as any reader’s report.
Three things stay off the table: payment for a position, a preview of a review before it goes live, and removal of a review on request. A brand that falls out of the ten moves to the “Under Review” list with the reason stated.
Player Complaints
TetherCasinos does not run a casino and cannot reverse a withdrawal, unlock an account or recover a deposit. When a dispute starts, the order that usually works is the operator’s live support first, then a written complaint to the operator with your account ID, then the licensing authority named in our review specs.
